DOUBLE SHELL TYPE RADIATION RECUPERATOR

 

This type of Recuperator is manufactured with two concentric shells (interior and external), The air to preheat pass between the two shells and for the internal part of the interior shell the combustion gases circulates.  

These Recuperators are used where the combustion gases to the exit have higher temperatures (1000º C) and a bigger presence of powders and corrosive agents.
