QUALITY CONTROL

Our commitment is to fulfill the quality expectations of our customers, carrying out systematically each test and following each one of the parameters set forth in our quality management system based on the international standard ISO 9001 -2000.

We have a highly qualified staff that works in accordance with applicable rules of the ASME Code. Our inspectors are responsible for quality inspection and testing of products in process and finished product.

Each of the water cooled components passes through several stages of inspection:

 

 

 

Pneumatic test after the root pass was applied. This ensures the tightness of the welding.


Flow test. By means of this test we ensure that there are no blockages in the pipe and compares the actual pressure drops with the theoretical design, ensuring that the piece will operate accordingly to the desired characteristics.


Hydro test. Run at 3 to 5 times the operation pressure ensures the integrity of weld even at the worst operational conditions.
