QUALITY CONTROL

 

In order to meet with our policy to manufacture products that fill the requirements of our customers, we have qualified our staff according to ASME rules, which demand to develop and follow a quality plan for each job, including identification and traceability of all materials throughout the process.

Our Quality Control staff use calibrated instruments during the different stages of their work (inspection, measuring, testing, etc.) for non-destructive testing such as X-ray, penetrating liquid, hydrostatic and pneumatic test, halogens, and so on. These tests are supported by external certified companies when it is necessary.

This stringent Quality System is endorsed, when is required, by ASME inspectors certifying the compliance with all the quality parameters that were established.
